According to Maryland gun laws, to posses the weapons he should have completed a training program relating to safety and performance that is conducted by the Police Training Commission. A person cannot possess more than one weapon within the period of 30 days for his purchase of the weapon. He can apply for the second time only if he has lost his earlier weapon by sending the details of his previous purchase along with the evidence for purchase.
