In Louisiana, the citizens do not need any permit to purchase any types of rifles, handguns and shotguns. v. Traveling to and from one activity amongst the many mentioned above. These are the conditions and flexibilities, when a person is allowed to possess a handgun and can carry it with him/her.
· The Louisiana gun laws do not give the permit on selling and delivering of guns. So, if any person who is caught selling or delivering firearms, guns or any other types of dangerous weapons to people less than eighteen years of age, then it will be considered illegal.
